Business Model Training That Actually Works
We've spent years figuring out what separates businesses that adapt from those that get stuck. Our autumn 2025 program focuses on practical frameworks you can test right away—no fluff, just real approaches that fit Australian market conditions.
Start Your Journey
Your Learning Path
Most programs throw everything at you at once. We break it down into manageable phases that build on each other—because rushing through doesn't help anyone retain what they learn.
Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)
You'll start with core business model concepts through real case studies. We look at what worked for Australian companies in 2024 and why certain approaches fell flat. It's less lecture, more discussion—because you probably have insights from your own experience that are worth exploring.
Application Stage (Weeks 5-9)
This is where theory meets your actual business challenges. You'll work on your specific situation with peer feedback. Some participants find this uncomfortable at first—sharing what's not working—but it's where the breakthroughs happen. We've seen people completely rethink their revenue streams during these sessions.
Testing Period (Weeks 10-14)
You'll implement small experiments based on what you've learned. Not everything will work perfectly—that's expected. The goal is learning what resonates with your customers before making big commitments. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable without being overbearing.
Refinement Phase (Weeks 15-18)
By now you've got data from your tests. We help you interpret results and adjust strategies. This phase often reveals unexpected opportunities—things you wouldn't have spotted without systematic testing. Final presentations show how far you've come since week one.
Common Roadblocks and How We Address Them
Every cohort faces similar obstacles. Here's what typically comes up and our approach to working through it.

Time Pressure
Running a business while learning is tough. Our program requires about 6 hours weekly, but we're flexible about when you do the work. Recorded sessions and asynchronous discussions mean you're not tied to specific times. Some people do coursework early morning, others late evening.
Information Overload
We deliberately limit content to what's immediately useful. Instead of 50 business models, we cover 8 core frameworks deeply. You can always explore more later, but depth beats breadth when you're trying to apply concepts to real situations.
Isolation and Doubt
Learning alone is hard. Our cohort structure means you're part of a group facing similar challenges. The peer network often becomes as valuable as the curriculum itself—participants regularly connect outside formal sessions to troubleshoot issues or share wins.
Fear of Change
Shifting your business model feels risky. That's why we emphasize small tests over big pivots. You're not betting the farm—you're running controlled experiments. If something doesn't work, you've learned without major consequences. Several 2024 participants found this approach made change feel manageable rather than terrifying.
What Recent Participants Are Saying
We asked our late 2024 cohort about their experience. Here's what stood out to them.

Brennan Whitlock
Retail Business Owner, BrisbaneI came in skeptical about online learning, but the peer discussions changed my mind. Hearing how others tackled similar problems gave me ideas I wouldn't have thought of alone. The program didn't magically solve everything, but it gave me a clearer framework for making decisions.

Saffron Bridger
Service Provider, MelbourneThe testing phase was uncomfortable but incredibly valuable. I discovered my customers cared about different things than I assumed. That insight alone justified the program investment. I'm still tweaking my approach, but now I have a method for evaluating what's working rather than just guessing.
